The Cuyahoga Regional HIV Services Planning Council is conducting an assessment of medical, dental and social service needs and available services in northeast Ohio area. The study will include surveys and focus groups. The results will be used to plan future health care services in our community.

All participation is voluntary and confidential. Each participant will receive a $20 gift certificate. Participation is limited to those who meet specific screening criteria.
